Materialized View provides analytics consulting services to businesses, including but not limited to data stack implementation, data engineering, hiring support, and bespoke analytics projects.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be agreed in writing (a Statement of Work or equivalent) before work commences. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement.

3. Use of This Website

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications.

For client engagements, ownership of deliverables (code, documentation, models) will be specified in the relevant Statement of Work. Unless otherwise agreed, upon receipt of full payment, clients receive a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use and modify deliverables for their own internal business purposes.

5. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with an engagement and to use such information solely for the purposes of that engagement. This obligation does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.

6. Payment

Payment terms for consulting engagements will be specified in the relevant Statement of Work or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. We reserve the right to suspend work on overdue accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Materialized View shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a consulting engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Consulting services are provided in good faith based on information available at the time; we do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
